Is wheat allergy hereditary?
Yes, it is hereditary. In most cases, the wheat allergy is cause by the genetic make up of a particular individual. If you have parents that have it, it is possible for you to develop the same illness. However, it does not entitle an individual to have it whether both parents have it. There are factors to be considered before one can have such kind of illness. If your parents develop it after your birth, you have a higher tendency not to have wheat allergies.
